Who looks after your data
Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-911867, runs Lucky7even and decides how your personal data is used. Our data protection officer answers questions about your data, and our support team can pass your message on.
What we collect
- Identity details such as your name, date of birth, nationality and ID numbers.
- Contact details such as your address, e-mail and phone number.
- Payment details, transaction history and, where needed, documents about the source of your funds.
- Your gaming activity, including games played, bets, bonuses and any safer gambling steps.
- Technical details such as your IP address, location, browser, operating system and device.
- Your marketing choices and messages you send to our support team.
Most of this comes from you. Some comes from verification and payment providers, anti-money-laundering databases, regulators and marketing partners.
Why we use it
We use your data to run your account, meet our legal duties (identity checks, anti-money-laundering rules and safer gambling), prevent fraud, keep our systems secure, improve the casino and, where allowed, send you offers. Our support inbox uses AI tools from trusted providers to help answer messages faster.
Who we share it with
Only with partners we need to run the service: companies in our group, game and payment providers, marketing partners, verification tools, IT and support providers, professional advisers and regulators. Every partner is bound by contract to protect your data. If the business is sold or merged, we will tell you before your data moves. When data leaves your country, we protect it with recognised safeguards, for example the standard contract clauses approved in the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as we need it or the law asks us to. Anti-money-laundering rules mean some records stay for at least five years after an account is closed. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, limit or object to how we use it, withdraw your consent and complain to your local data protection authority.
Keeping it safe
Our systems sit in secure data centres, access is limited to staff who need it, and every system is protected by passwords and personal logins. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find out it was sent.
