Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money or clear debts. Keep track of the time and money you spend, and stop when it stops being fun.
When to act
If you start chasing losses, spending more than you planned or letting gambling crowd out daily life, use the tools below and talk to someone. Our support team treats these chats in confidence and can help you set limits, start a break or point you to support services.
Limits you can set
- Deposit limit per day, per week or per month. Crypto payments cannot always be stopped by it, so choose a card, bank or e-wallet method if you want it to hold.
- Loss limit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, counted on what you deposit rather than on winnings.
- Wager limit covering each day, week or month.
- Session limit from 6 minutes upwards. When the time runs out you are logged out automatically.
Lowering a limit works at once. Raising one needs e-mail confirmation and only starts after the current limit of that type ends.
Cooling-off
Take a break for one week, one month, three months or six months. It starts straight away, card and bank deposits are switched off, promotions stop, and you can still withdraw what is left. The account opens again by itself when the break ends.
Self-exclusion
Shut your account for 6 months, 9 months, a year or for good. It is disabled the moment you confirm, and you receive no promotions during that time. To take out your remaining balance, write to our support team, who will guide you through it within our usual payout limits and checks.
You can set every tool in your account settings, or ask our support team by live chat or e-mail.
Independent help
Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy give free and confidential advice.
Protecting children
Only adults aged 18 or over can play, and we may ask for proof of age at any time. If children use your devices, filters such as Net Nanny, CyberPatrol, GamBlock or Solid Oak Software can keep them away from gambling sites.
