About these rules
These rules cover everyone who plays at Lucky7even. Opening an account means you accept them, along with our bonus rules, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. We can change the rules and aim to let you know about big changes by e-mail, so look at this page from time to time. When a translation differs, the English wording wins.
Who runs Lucky7even
Metlait SRL owns and operates Lucky7even. The company is registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-911867 and holds E-gaming licence No. 0000064, granted by the Tobique Gaming Commission.
Who can play
You need to be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. You decide whether online gambling is allowed where you live. Some game providers limit their titles by country, and NetEnt and Amatic games are not offered to players in Australia. Getting around these limits with a VPN can cost you your winnings. Anyone who wants to play with bitcoin shows a valid ID first, and deposits and bets stay blocked until that check is done.
Your account
- One account per person. Accounts linked by the same address, household, IP address or device count as duplicates and can be closed, with winnings taken back.
- Keep your login details private and never let anyone else use your account, children included.
- The account is for your own fun only. Renting it out or selling access is not allowed.
- After 12 months with no login and no play, the account becomes inactive and a monthly dormancy fee can be taken from the balance until you log in and place a bet again.
Checking who you are
We can ask for a photo ID, proof of address and proof that a payment method is yours, and sometimes a phone or video call. Payouts wait until these checks are finished. If we cannot reach you by phone or e-mail within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the request is cancelled.
Deposits
Pay in only from a card, bank account or wallet that carries your own name. Money from someone else's account goes back to its owner, and any winnings made with it are removed. The top deposit amount depends on the payment method and shows up when you choose it. Crypto payments cannot be held back by an upper deposit limit, so pick a non-crypto method if you want a limit to apply.
Withdrawals
- Every deposit needs to be played through three times before it can be cashed out.
- The smallest withdrawal is A$30. The largest amount depends on the method, and big payouts can arrive in parts.
- Payouts are capped at A$3,000 a day, A$7,500 over a rolling seven days and A$30,000 a month. A progressive jackpot win is always paid out whole and sits outside these caps.
- We aim to handle each request within 72 hours of approval. Bank transfers go out within three business days.
- Your bank, any intermediary bank or your payment provider may charge its own fees.
Fair play
Teaming up with other players, bots, chargebacks on genuine deposits, using software faults or any other dishonest trick can lead to a closed account and cancelled winnings. If you spot a bug, report it to us straight away instead of using it.
Complaints
Our support team looks at every complaint first and passes it further up inside the company if it needs more time. Only the account holder can raise a complaint. If you are not happy with our final answer, you can take the case to EGIS, the independent dispute service we work with.
